On Jan 28, Mr. Xie Zhenhua, Vice Director of NDRC met Mr.Jonas Gahr Stoere, Foreign Minister of Norway at NDRC, having talks and sharing ideas on Sino-Norwegian cooperation with regard to climate change issue as well as furthering negotiation on a global climate agreement. Mr.Stoere expressed their high value of Sino-Norwegian climate change cooperation on behalf of Norwegian goverment and Noray''s willingness to further facilitate climate-friendly technology transfer and CDM projects cooperation between both countries .　

Mr. Xie pointed out that China and Norway had a good cooperation in Climate change field and China hope to conduct further cooperation on energy efficiency enhancement and renewable energy technology.

Moreover, Mr.Xie hoped that both countires could strenth coordination and dialogue, playing strong role in implementing "Bali-Roadmap" to achieve its goals. After the meeting, both sides signed Sino-Norwegian Climate Change Cooperation and Dialogue Frame Agreement .
